Project Name:Â Parsley Energy Office & Conference Center
Project Location: Midland, TX
Nieman Engineering provided ground-up structural services for this new office complex for Parsley Energy. The project features a 30,000 square-foot Conference Center with custom steel trusses spanning 125-feet (YES, we engineered all the connections). The Conference Center is connected to two 2-story, 32,000 square foot office buildings with sky bridges. The design primarily utilized structural steel construction with composite steel floor framing system and shallow foundation system. Nieman Engineering also designed the metal studs for this project. As usual, steel connections design was included in our Construction Documents to speed up the construction process.
Project Name:Â AimBank
Project Location: Midland, TX
Nieman Engineering provided structural engineering for this 8,000 square-foot, two-story modern branch office of AimBank. This structure had several unique design challenges. One challenge was maintaining shallow and light members to meet the architect’s vision at the high roof/clearstory. Another unique design solution was the “butterfly” cantilevered stairs in the lobby.  As usual, the steel connections design was included in our Construction Documents to speed up the construction process.
Project Name:Â Klean Corporation Offices
Project Location: Victoria, TX
Nieman Engineering provided ground-up structural engineering for this 28,000 square-foot office building that will house Klean Corporation in Victoria, TX. The structure featured a double cantilevered steel beam to frame the lobby/entry. As usual, the steel connections design was included in our Construction Documents to speed up the construction process.

Nieman Engineering provided full structural engineering services (structural design, connection design, light gauge steel design) for the corporate office of Sanford & Tatum Insurance in Lubbock, TX. The new building features two 80 feet wide by 35 feet high clerestory for state-of-the-art conference rooms.

Nieman Engineering provided full structural engineering design for this 2-story bank on Spur 327 in Lubbock, Texas. Our structural design allowed for the Designer’s unique combination of materials and open spaces on the first floor.
